Put priority items on top of your to-do list. Categorize each item as priority or not. You can address the important things first when they are on top of the list. You will get the satisfaction that you need by accomplishing high priority tasks. Once accomplished you are relieved of stress. A priority task of looking for a new job should not be postponed.
